I. Safe & Sober Housing

  • Secure Environment: Ensuring resident safety and security within the home.
  • Clean and Well-Maintained Living Spaces: Comfortable, hygienic, and well-maintained common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
  • Basic Furnishings: Providing beds, dressers, and essential furniture for a comfortable living experience.
  • Utilities Included: Basic utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and internet access are included.

II. Structured Recovery & Wellness Support

  • Personalized Recovery Plan: Development of indiviualized plans tailored to each resident’s recovery goals.
  • House Rules and Guidelines: Clear expectations for resident behavior, responsibilities, and adherence to the program.
  • Regular Check-Ins: Scheduled meetings with recovery specialists to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide encouragement.
  • Structured Daily Schedules: Establishing routines for meals, chores, meetings, and free time to promote stability and discipline.
  • Chore Assignments: Shared responsibility for maintaining the living space.
  • Curfew and Bedtime Schedules: Establishing regular sleep patterns and reinforcing structure.
  • Random Drug and Alcohol Testing: Regular testing to ensure compliance with sobriety and a safe environment.
  • Relapse Prevention Strategies: Identifying triggers, developing coping mechanisms, and establishing support systems to prevent relapse
  • 12-Step Program Integration: Encouragement and support for attending meetings (AA, NA, etc.), finding a sponsor, and working through the steps.
